Exchange Policy

To exchange an item to Tilted Halo please note the following:

Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Original tags must remain attached.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled, and in original packaging
where applicable.

Please email vanessa@tiltedhalo.ae with your order no, item description and size.

You will then be contacted and a pick up/exchange will be arranged. 

Please note, exchanges are not valid on accessories or sale items.

This refund is only applicable for your first exchange.

Shipping

Standard delivery within 72 hours. AED25.00 within Dubai.

Express service in Dubai costs AED40.00 and will be delivered within 24 hours.

Please note no deliveries are shipped on Fridays, so orders placed over the weekend may take a day longer.

We ship internationally at a standard rate of AED100.00. Any customs or duties are billed to the customer.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is always guaranteed when you shop with Tilted Halo. We will NEVER release any of your personal information to outside parties and you will never receive unwanted emails. When you sign up with us, you will receive information on new styles and upcoming promotions, but you may request to stop receiving this information at any time. To stop receiving information, simply send an email request to vanessa@tiltedhalo.ae. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 bit SSL security and cannot be intercepted by outside parties, guaranteed.
